Young Authors Are We

Mrs. Ramsay gave us the opportunity to write poems about anything we wanted to.  As part of the process, we would get to bind them with some of the cool hardback book bindings she has.  We then got to share poems with Mrs. Hollis' 4th grade class in a time we called "Popping With Poetry" (we had popcorn as a snack).

Then we got to go to two assemblies for a day called "Young Authors Conference" set up by our writing instructor, Mrs. Moore.  We met two writers there, Father Goose and Mr. Muncher.
