Congratulations to Elizabeth whose art work will be exhibited at the Jefferson County Elementary Art Show.  Her artwork will be on exhibit at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens.

Her artwork may be available for purchase, but you'll have to fight her mother for it!

A BIG Congratulations goes out to Jacob, Rachel, and Kynslee who tried out and were selected to be in the Fall play entitled "School Daze".

Break a leg (but your homework is still due on time)!

The 2008-2009 season is here for Newcomb.

Those who have made the team are:

Boys:  Justin, Deontae, Jesse, Devante, Asa

Girls:  Princess, Kynslee, Elizabeth, Kyla

Each year a certain number of students are selected to participate in an All-County Choir Festival put on by the Performing Arts Department of Jefferson County.

We are honored, this year, to have Kynslee and Rachel representing our class this year.

Good job ladies!
