* Raise the index finger= “I wish to speak.”

                              * Raise two fingers= “I wish to leave my seat.”

* Raise three fingers= “I need your help.”

          For paper tests:

·        Keep you eyes on your own work.

·        Remain seated.

·        Remain silent.

·        At completion, get out a book to read or work to complete that is not work that is being tested on the current test.

In class, we will be using multiple technology tools that you will have also have access to from home. When using these tools you must

Failure to follow these procedures will result in a loss of the privilege in participating in these technology tools and discipline action will be taken.

End of Class Procedures

At the conclusion of the school day:

                        * Work area, including floor, cleaned and straightened

                        * Designated team member throws away trash in team basket and returns

supplies to proper places

                        * Mouth quiet

* Leave quietly in an orderly fashion.

 

Emergency Procedures

Fire Drill (talking alert)

  1. Line up quietly, in a single file, at the classroom door when each team is called.
  2. Leave all personal belongings.
  3. Follow the teacher quickly and quietly out the side door and away from the building.
  4. Remain calm and quiet, listening for further instructions.

Severe Weather Drill (tones)

1.      Line up quietly, in a single file, at the classroom door when each team is called.

  1. Leave all personal belongings.
  2. Quickly and quietly move to a seated position.
  3. Remain calm and quiet, listening for further instructions.
