Eco-Friendly and Recycled License Plate Art

In our striving to be more eco-friendly and discuss ways to help reduce waste, we decided that a great and fun art project would be to take old license plates and create our own individual art with them.

First, you need some old license plates:

Then you need to coat the license plates in a nice base coat of Kilz or something that will help the paint you use stick:

Next, plan out what you want to put on your license plate and draw it out first.  Now it is time to paint:
