2007 Fultondale Elementary School Open House

Open House for 2007 was a little different for the students in Mrs. Ramsay's class.  Normally we do the usual stuff:  Parents come in, talk to the teacher about grades (sometimes that's good and sometimes that's...well...you know), and we (as students) hope to get out of there without too many problems.

This year, however, Mrs. Ramsay set us up with an Open House Scavenger Hunt where we (the students) had a checklist of things to tour our parents through in the classroom.  Things about what we were doing, how we were using the new technology, what we were reading, etc.  We had so many people in the room at one time, it was sometimes tough to move.  Mrs. Ramsay set it up so we could get Team Points for our efforts when we came back by her desk, with our parents, to get it signed off during Open House.  It was different...and fun.
